To qualify for the early bird special, camp fee must be paid in full by the final date of the early bird special.
🚫 Cancellations & Refunds
We carefully plan each session of camp based on registrations. We understand that your schedule may change, but our staffing and meals are finalized based on attendance. With that in mind, please read our refund policy carefully.
Camp enrollment/registration requires a non-refundable retainer fee of $200 per child per session.
The deposit is a registration fee that is nonrefundable under any circumstances, including cancellation of camp due to pandemics/illness, fire, forces of nature or other reasons.
No refunds for late arrival. There are no refunds for early departure due to behavioral problems or homesickness.
Cancellations made after May 31st will forfeit all previous payments except for medical or bereavement reasons.
There are no reduction or reimbursement for changes in programming on our part. All decisions to change programming are made with the safety of campers and staff.
After May 31, cancellations are non-refundable except for medical or bereavement situations with documentation.
In eligible cases, parents can choose a full refund or defer payment to next year.
Cancellations for any other reason result in loss of funds.
If camp is canceled due to emergencies (e.g., natural disasters), families will receive a refund minus the retainer or may defer to next year.

KODA Camp Midwest transitioned to only using online payments and cards for a few reasons.
When kids go on field trips, the only accepted method waterparks will accept is card. If someone does not have a card, they have to go to an ATM to purchase a card and use it around the park.
It helps immensely with KODA Camp Midwest accounting. We can better keep track of every single dollar spent and earned through our online payment systems. It helps us keep an accurate picture of our budget.
You can be aware of what your child is purchasing. You are now more aware of what your child may be spending money on and where.
