Limited scholarships are available for KODAs who need an extra boost in paying KODA Camp Midwest registration cost. 

KODA Camp Midwest 

General Scholarship: Application is closed.

KODA Camp Midwest provides scholarships for campers in need. The amount will depend on need. 

To be considered for scholarships, families must pay the $200 nonrefundable deposit per child AND have registered each kid attending KODA Camp Midwest 2024. 

Scholarships close February 15th 2024.

Adopt-A-Camper: Application is closed.

This a pilot program is created for donors who are looking to be more involved with KODA Camp by matching with a camper who is in need of financial assistance.

CODA Midwest

CODA Midwest Scholarships are closed.  It will be open in spring.

CODA International

The purpose of this grant is to support KODA programs and events. Past recipients have been camp programs that have used the funds to support KODA camps & workshops for Deaf parents about their KODA children.

KODA Camp  Midwest Fees

Camp registration for 2024 opens September 14, 2023. To reserve a spot, parents pay a $200 non refundable deposit per child per session and register your children here. The $200 nonrefundable deposit is applied towards the total camp fee.

 

Early bird special between September 2023 and February 2024 is $1,000 per child, and $900 per sibling. Starting March 1st, KODA camp registration cost is $1,200 per camper and $1,000 per sibling. One week's kids session cost is $500. Late fee of $10 per day will be added starting June 1st until paid in full. (Early bird pricing must be paid in full by March 1st). 


Any cancellations after May 31st are not refundable except in situations such as medical or bereavement with appropriate documentation. In cases of medical or bereavement, the parent will have the option to either receive a full refund or defer payment to the next camp year. Cancellation for any other reason, will result in the loss of funds. In the case of emergency situations such as natural disasters and/or camp cancellation, the family will receive a refund (minus the non-refundable registration fee) or defer for next year.


In the event that you receive a full scholarship, KODA Camp Midwest would refund the amount that has already been paid towards camp fee after camp session.
