The camp sessions will start on Sundays and end on Fridays.

Parent requests will be accommodated when possible, however KODA Camp Midwest cannot promise all parent requests will be made. Thank you.

Camper Registration Costs
🏕️ Teens session $1,050 per child for early bird before February 28 / Normal Pricing after March 1 $1,250
🏕️ Youth session $1,050 per child before February 28 / Normal Pricing after March 1 $1,250
🏕️ Kids session $550 per child
Each additional sibling in the family that is attending KODA Camp 2025 will receive a $100 discount.
P.S. Registration form will look different this year. Registration and payment are on Zeffy. This means you MUST make your $200 nonrefundable retainer with registration.
Pick up and Drop off times
Arrival Time for TWO WEEK Sessions: SUNDAYS, 1:00PM – 5:00PM

TO REGISTER FOR ANY CAMP SESSION:
The parents or guardians should complete a registration form by clicking on the link below, and following the easy instructions. Please deposit required retainer fee $200 (which is applied to the total camp fee) to ensure your choice of sessions. After you pay the retainer fee, you may make payments toward the entire camp fee at your convenience.
Registrations ARE accepted after May 15th as long as space is available. For campers registering after May 15, send FULL PAYMENT to camp address. After a payment is received, you will receive a confirmation by email.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
We carefully plan each session of camp based on registrations. We understand that your schedule may change, but our staffing and meals are finalized based on attendance. With that in mind, please read our refund policy carefully.
Camp enrollment/registration requires a non-refundable retainer fee of $200 per child per session.
The deposit is a registration fee that is nonrefundable under any circumstances, including cancellation of camp due to pandemics/illness, fire, forces of nature or other reasons.
No refunds for late arrival. There are no refunds for early departure due to behavioral problems or homesickness.
Cancellations made after May 31st will forfeit all previous payments except for medical or bereavement reasons.
There are no reduction or reimbursement for changes in programming on our part. All decisions to change programming are made with the safety of campers and staff.
PRIVACY POLICY:
All camper registration information is confidential and not shared with any outside or 3rd party.
Important Information about KODA Camp Midwest
CAMP SNACKS:
The camp has many food such as ice cream, candy, drinks and will be open from 4:00 – 4:30 PM daily. Bring card/cash at check-in to purchase items from camp. The camp store will be open during the parents' morning. Items for sale may include: t-shirts, sunglasses, water bottles, flashlights, etc.
CAMP PICTURES:
Parents will be given a link through email to view all pictures taken by our photographer during the camp session.
CAMP T-SHIRT:
Campers will be provided with our official camp T-shirt on the last Thursday of the camp session. This is included in your camp fee. Camp group pictures are taken on the last Thursday of two-week sessions. Campers will wear a camp shirt for the group picture.
DISTANT CAMPERS:
Who fly to camp will be picked up and returned to the airport in Milwaukee. Please talk with the Camp Director about best arrival and departure times before making airline reservations. Do send the camper's flight itinerary to karen@kodamidwest.org. Someone will pick up and drop off campers.
TRANSPORTATION:
The camp does not provide transportation; however, the camp may help parents arrange car pools, if requested.
LAUNDRY:
Laundry facilities are available at the camp. Be sure to pack enough clothes for the length of the session. Parents should discuss with children how to take care of their clothes. Laundry soap is provided, do not pack any.
MAIL:
Mail is given out before dinner each day. Write your camper often, but do not mail letters after MONDAY of the week he/she is leaving. Campers are encouraged to write home often.
APPROPRIATE ATTIRE:
Traditional clothing and attire is appropriate at camp. Please do not pack nice clothes, except for one outfit. Also, pack one set of dark clothes for one game.
CAMPER STANDARD OF CONDUCT:
The camp is a place where children can be free to have a good time in an un-regimented atmosphere and enjoy many activities with others. We do not expect any discipline problems; however, if a camper’s behavior creates a situation which is detrimental to the other campers, the staff, or the camp program or property, the parents will be notified to pick that camper up immediately. No offensive language or behavior, no pranks, no bullying or intimidation of others, no smoking or tobacco use, no weapons, no cell phones or electronic devices, no alcohol, no drugs or inappropriate reading materials are allowed at KODA Camp. (Discuss this with your camper.)
ELECTRONICS and OTHER ITEMS NOT TO BRING:
Please do not send OR BRING the following items to camp as they cause distractions: pagers, walkie-talkies, radios, electronics, I-PODS or MP3 players, boom boxes, game-boys, knives, weapons, lighters, fireworks and any other items in this category. Any child that brings juuls, tobacco or alcohol will be sent home without a refund. For safety/security and camp programming requirements, any item that is deemed questionable or not allowed at camp will be taken up by camp administration (and we cannot be responsible for their safekeeping, storage and return to you).
CELLPHONES:
Please give the cellphone to the counselor when registering. They will be returned to the children on the last Thursday night of the week.

To get to the camp, you must be on County CS, NOT the King Road that GPS might tell you. CS runs between Hwy 51 and Hwy 22 north of Hwy 60. Sometimes GPS DOES NOT work.
