What is considered an in-kind donation?
An in-kind donation is a non-cash gift made to a nonprofit that includes goods and services, time, and expertise. Individuals and businesses can all make in-kind donations.
In-Kind donations can be stuff like:
Physical items: cameras, bed sheets, sleeping bag, towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, baskets for silent auctions
Expertise: HR services, lawyer contract review,
Services: bookkeeping, web development, photography, and graphic design
Real Estate and Property: Physical estates, spaces for event that would be rentable
